I am taking votes from those of you who have been both to the Orangery at Kensington Palace and to the Pump Room in Bath for afternoon tea. We want to splurge once on a nice experience. Of these two places, which would you choose/recommend and why?
Check the early-closure dates for the Orangery---that may decide it for you.

We have not been to both, but we went to the Orangery this year and were rather disappointed in the food served with the tea. The room was nice, and the tea was good, but the food was rather bland and dry, in our opinion. We have had a better tea experience in the States. I would choose a different place if I were to go for tea in London again.
