Visas you usually have to go through the embassy, but I assume you're talking about the ETA, which is here https://www.gov.uk/guidance/apply-for-an-electronic-travel-authorisation-eta

What passport do you hold and intend to travel on? You may or may not need a VISA and you would probably need to apply for that VISA at a UK Embassy in your own country. If you do not need a VISA all you may need is an ETA and the previous post provided a link for that.
