Hi, I booked a reservation from Liverpool to Euston. Got an email confirmation everytime I click on it, it takes me to The virgin site says Access denied when I click on my account. Any idea what I'm doing wrong. I did research and found nothing on it being an issue. It doesn't let me manage my tickets. Thanks

Yea, I did I tried everything before asking here... Thx This is gonna be a dumb ? but I got the ticket for a friend that lives in London I'm in the US could that be the reason. That I'm accessing the site from the us?

That your accessing the Virgin site from the US is not the issue. It's just a glitch, that I've experienced myself and lasted over a day before the website was back to normal.

I was just able to get into https://www.virgintrains.co.uk/. I'm using a Windows 7 machine with the Firefox browser.
If you still can't get it to work, try a different browser or a different device. Sometimes for unclear reasons, one will work when another will not.

Hi Harold thanks I tried when I click on my account still says access denied tried IE Firefox Chrome gonna try my Mac in a bit but I was able to book on here a few days ago without any issues..
