We used www.ivylettings last summer for our flat rental in London. They were very responsive before and during our stay. Our first morning in London, we had a maintenance issue and called (on a Saturday) to report it. I wasn’t sure if we would get any response given it was a weekend and not a hotel accommodation. Their representative called me back within fifteen minutes, had me send her a quick video so she could document the problem and they had a serviceman out to fix it about a half hour later. I was really impressed with their service and would use them again if we ever needed more space for family.
