Unable to access ACPRail website for BritRail information

For the past few days I have been unable to access the ACPRail website at https://www.acprail.com/. I get an "Error establishing a database connection" message. I've used Chrome, Firefox and Edge browsers. Is anyone else having problems accessing ACPRail?
I am specifically interested in finding out how to get the low season 20% discount for travel in November and December.
Thank you for your advice.

I see this at britrail.net

Know Your Discounts

BritRail Low Season Discount

BritRail offers great discounts to suit all types of travelers, including amazing savings for seniors, youths, families, groups and more! Learn more about big savings

Travel during the months of January, February, November or December and receive up to 20% off the regular Pass price.

But when I click on "learn more," the next page says nothing about the low season discount.

Then I place into the shopping cart two BritRail passes with different "First day of use", one starting 10/15/24 and the other 11/25/24, I get the same prices! I would have expected the 11/25/24 pass to show an "up to 20%" discount, but there is none.

Are you sure you will get the best deal? If you outline where & when you want to travel, you may get some further advice from people on here - some of whom are Brit’s and know the system inside out.

As the OP is considering a pass, I too would ask if they have priced out the point to point tickets for their journeys and are they sure they are getting a good deal?
