For the past few days I have been unable to access the ACPRail website at https://www.acprail.com/. I get an "Error establishing a database connection" message. I've used Chrome, Firefox and Edge browsers. Is anyone else having problems accessing ACPRail?
I am specifically interested in finding out how to get the low season 20% discount for travel in November and December.
Thank you for your advice.
I can't access it either. Have you tried using https://britrail.net/passes/ to get your information? I think that low-season discount applies no matter where you get your pass.
I see this at britrail.net

But when I click on "learn more," the next page says nothing about the low season discount.
Then I place into the shopping cart two BritRail passes with different "First day of use", one starting 10/15/24 and the other 11/25/24, I get the same prices! I would have expected the 11/25/24 pass to show an "up to 20%" discount, but there is none.
Are you sure you will get the best deal? If you outline where & when you want to travel, you may get some further advice from people on here - some of whom are Brit’s and know the system inside out.

As the OP is considering a pass, I too would ask if they have priced out the point to point tickets for their journeys and are they sure they are getting a good deal?
