In England 'regulated' fares will rise by 4.9% on 3 March, and in Scotland (including the Caledonian Sleeper) by 8.7% in April.
Regulated fares are most season tickets, travelcards, some off-peak returns, and anytime tickets. Advance Fares and Rover/Ranger tickets are not covered by this and could rise by more or less, although they usually follow the same broad increase.
The Scottish Government is devolved, so can set it's own rules. They are not willing to subsidise the railways as much as in England.
