I’ve received an e-mail from The Londonist about two walking tours in Soho next month: Sept. 19 about how Migrants have shaped music in Soho, and Sept. 20 about how Soho shaped the Beatles’ music. I won’t be there, but you might, and I’d go if I could: https://walkonthewildside.substack.com/p/walk-with-us?utm_source=substack&utm_medium=email
Thanks, Cyn. Those both sound like they would be a lot of fun. Unfortunately, I won't be there either, but it's a good reminder to check for stuff like that that pops up before you go. You can find some really great ideas.
Mardee, it appears that there are two people behind these walking tours, and they’ve been doing various Soho tours since 2022. The link includes an offer to submit an e-mail address to receive info on future walks.
If you are interested in music walking tours, I highly recommend the tours done by Adam of London Music tours. I have taken two of his tours on my last two trips (one in Chelsea and one in Soho) and he is an excellent guide. His tours are usually advertised through London Walks and both times I booked through London Walks which does not require advance payment. He has his own website which lists his upcoming tours:

Thanks, Cyn! I have checked it out as I will be there for a Saturday afternoon in November - in case they repeat these.
I learned about the Ennis music festival from you and it was a winner for sure!
