taxis will operate. Buses will operate.
They will be busy.
Some sections of some tube lines will operate but not stop at stations not open due to the strike, The biggest impact will be in Zone 1.

During strikes, it’s often quicker walking than waiting half an hour plus for a bus with any capacity. Taxis are usually a nightmare and difficult to find.
