We are trying to make reservations for my wife, grandson and I at the Morgan House (a Rick Steves recommend stay) and we are not able to make contact. We want to know if anyone else is having problems. We are having problems with their web site and tried their phone and are told it is not available.
We scored nicely on our plane tickets!

Thanks we are sorry to hear that it is closed. Sondra thought the location would be wonderful. Is there any place in that area that would acceptable. We plan to wear out our grandson, who runs cross country.

Hi Frank--We stayed at Morgan House last July and although the location was superb, I would not stay there again. The Lime Tree is right down the street and has received many good reviews. Of all the B&Bs we stayed in during our 3 weeks in Britain, Morgan House was our least favorite. We both agreed that in London, it's worth paying a bit more for a nicer place. That neighborhood has lots of places to stay that are reasonable. Have a great trip!
Are you sure it isn't the Morgan hotel that you are looking for? We stayed there in 2012 in a small apartment and were very happy with the location and the service. It is right around the corner from the British Museum and about a half mile walk to the Trafalgar area and the theatre district.
It seem that there a Morgan Guest House ( recommended in Rick Steeves London guide book) and a Morgan Hotell. I am glad you enjoyed the Morgan hotel and hope that location is wonderful because we found a hotel that look like it will fill our need in that area.
