traveling from London to Paris

Hello, I will be traveling from London St Pancras to Paris via eurostar this weekend.
How early should I be at St Pancras before departure time?
Also, if I plan to get my VAT stamped before I leave London, am I able to get this done at St. Pancras station?

Thank you.

We like to arrive at least an hour before the train departs. You have to go through passport control and security much like an airport but far less annoying. Once inside, there is a Cafe Nero in the waiting area so you can grab a coffee or a snack if you like.

Sorry, cannot help with the VAT issue. Have you Googled it?

You get your VAT stamped when you leave the EU.

As of today, both the UK and France are members of the EU, so no stamping at St Pancras.
