Travel zones

Three questions
1. What travel zone is Clapham Junction?

  1. Do all of the travel card options (oyster, travel card, etc) allow you to travel thru any of the zones?

  2. Does the London Pass with travel let you travel all zones? (And is it worth it?)

Only valid for the zone you buy for (travel card whether paper or Oyster). Pay as you go Oyster valid whatever if you have enough credit

Does the London Pass with travel let you travel all zones? (And is it worth it?)

It is now a PAYG basis, with an amount of credit, so you can use it where Oyster can be used. Most struggle to make the London Pass worthwhile, but it can suit in theory intense itineraries.

Even pay-as-you-go is easier with an Oyster. You tap at the entry gate, tap again at the exit gate, and the system deducts the correct fare. This beats lining up for a ticket or fumbling to insert in the gate paybox. Central London commuters rush at the same pace as legendary New Yorkers so being able to step lively makes the day more pleasant.

The fare you are charged via Oyster Pay-as-You-Go is lower than the cost of a single ticket between the same two points--and that's before the daily Oyster Card cap kicks in.
