I understand the there will be St. Patrick's Day events on Sunday 13 March, and that there may be issues in central London. We are planning to spend the day at Eltham Palace and Greenwich. Would we be affected by travel delays? Thanks!

London always holds their St Patrick's day parade on the Sunday that is closest to the 17th, which this year is the 13th.
