I am going to visit London in september and I would like to use 2 for 1 which is connect to the travelcard from railway. We arrive to London at midnight to Stansted airport, than we take a coach probabli to Victoria station. Could we buy a travelcard at 2 a.m. there? Or do someone know when opening ours starts? I would like to buy it so early because we will stay in friend s house in Edgware. Thank you very much for help and I am sorry for my english :D

Ticket office is closed between 1 and 4 am at Victoria national rail station, so a bit of a wait.
There are night buses from Victoria to Edgware - N16.

I just find out that Paddington and Liverpool station have non-stop opening ours (ticket office - travel card). Could someone tell me that I am correct? Thank you

Yes at Paddington. No, not at Liverpool Street, which generally closes at 1 am.
Isn't this an awful lot of work, and additional cost, to save just a few pounds?

Admittedly the timing of arrival is hardly convenient for this kind of thing either.
