We are headed to England in end of May early June. Visiting major gardens and small villages. Limited to traveling by train as driving too challenging. In London we are planning on visiting Chelsea Flower show on 5/24, and over next few days Kew Gardens, Hampton Court Palace, Wisley Garden and Kensington Palace while in city center. Looking for suggestions where to stay with reasonable access to trains and Tube while minimizing travel time?

Given that everywhere you want to visit is west or South West of the city I would say somewhere like South Kensington.

Vancouver Studio Apartments in the Bayswater neighborhood.
From Paddington Station 20 minute walk.
15 minute stroll to Kensington Palace.
Have 2 Underground stations to choose from:
Bayswater and Queensway.
Lots of nearby cafes, restaurants, and shops.
Have stayed here many times over the years.
Train From Paddington Station to Hampton Court Palace is 1.5 hours Believe there’s one stop and change of train in Wimbledon.
From Waterloo Station its 50 minute SWR train jaunt to Hampton Court.
