Transportation to Heathrow T2 for 6:30am flight

In June, I will have a midweek 06:30 Aer Lingus flight from Terminal 2 to SFO (via Dublin). I was hoping to get to the terminal between 03:30-04:00. I decided to stay at the Yotel in T4 thinking that would make the transit simple. However, I can't find any shuttle options at that time of the morning. The Heathrow Connect doesn't start running until after 5am. I emailed Yotel they said there was a local bus 555 that goes by T4. I looked that up and I don't see that it goes to T2. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

When you get to Yotel they will clarify your options for the situation and will probably recommend you take a taxi (for roughly £20)

Thanks for your reply. It looks like I might be better off staying at a nearby hotel (assuming I can get to it from public transport) and getting one of the NatExpress Hoppa buses that go between the airport hotels and heathrow terminals. They start running just after 04:00, so I should be able to make it to T2 by 04:30. The cost is £4.50 single. Staying at the Yotel would make sense if my flight were leaving from T4, but maybe not for T2. I'll keep researching...

Your first flight is only to Dublin so no need to be there 3 hrs ahead – 2 hrs will suffice

The 555 goes to Heathrow Central which is close to both T2 and T3. Don't know the timetable though as it isn't a TfL bus (although you would be in the free zone).

If you stay on a hotel on the Bath Road instead there is also no need to stump up for the Hoppa as you can use various local buses into the Central area for free through the night.

It looks like there are a few options with local buses and the Hoppa. I'll be seeing a west end show the night before so I may just end up heading over to T2 afterwards and hanging out in the terminal since I'm not likely to get much sleep that night anyway. Thanks for suggestions.
