On my past trips to London I have traveled from Heathrow to central London by Tube or by Black Taxi. For my trip in August I will be carrying one additional piece of luggage which might be hard to manage on the Tube. Has anyone gone from Heathrow to Victoria Station or Coach Station by National Express or Megabus? What was your experience? Or are other other options which are priced between a Tube ticket and taxi fare?
I’ve taken National Express Bus to/from Heathrow in connection with other locations. It has always worked fine.
Go by National Express, Megabus are far too infrequent. Nat Ex are several times an hour, and are either the same price, or only a bit more than the tube. They are also faster;
A nice way to do the journey.
We have done the National Express coach a couple of times, when staying near Victoria Station. We take the front row seats upstairs for an enjoyable sightseeing tour on the way through London.
