Transport from Heathrow to hotel

Shuttles don’t really exist in London, as the public transport options are too good. You can probably get to your hotel by public transport and it’s quite likely to be both the fastest and cheapest option, but exactly how depends on which hotel. Or you can book a car transfer - some recommended companies are BlackBerry Cars, Parker’s Cars or Just Airports. The regular taxis are also available but will be more expensive.

I normally just take the tube, but as others have said, exactly what public transport you take is dependent on where you're staying.

I wouldn't havd any safety concerns about any form of transport in London,including taxis, but taking a taxi is the most expensive and likely the slowest way of getting to your hotel (unless you have serious mobility issues).

I always stay near the Elizabeth line or Picadilly so that I can take cheap public transport. It got me to Heathrow for flight home even during a tube strike last September.

Heathrow is one of the busiest airports on the planet, yes you can get a taxi and be safe.

That being said, unless you are overburdened with luggage, it is much more convenient to use public transport, which is also very safe.

Shuttles are not a thing.

Taxis are safe as is the Tube and Elizabeth Line which are cheaper and quicker than taxis.
