Train Tickets From Stratford Upon Avon

Coming from Stratford-upon-Avon on the National Rail, how do we get to Windsor?
What is Two Together? Is that deal good for the 2 for 1? Thank you!

Both towns are at the ends of small spur lines, so 2-3 train connections are necessary, which can be various stops, depending on the departure time. On your route, Windsor & Eton Central station has slightly shorter average travel times than Windsor & Eton Riverside station. Let the schedule search tell you where to change trains.

The Two Together Card (https://www.twotogether-railcard.co.uk/) provides savings on the train tickets you buy.

2-for-1 offers (https://www.daysoutguide.co.uk/uk-days-out) are sightseeing discounts available to train travelers who hang onto their tickets.

It is a bit of a pain. Change at Leamington Spa, Oxford, and Slough.

Two Together is a Railcard for two people travelling together that costs £30 and reduces cost of eligible train tickets by a third. Having one does not in itself qualify for the 2-for-1 offers.

Don’t try to go from Stratford upon Avon to Windsor. They’re not well connected by train. Much better to do them as two separate day trips from London.
