I booked reserved seat first class tickets on Crosscountry Trains website from Manchester Piccadilly to Bath Spa. The route is Manchester Piccadilly to Oxford. Oxford to Didcot Parkway. Didcot Parkway to Bath Spa. My "travel ticket" shows me booked Manchester to Bath Spa, but there is not an actual ticket from Oxford to Didcot Parkway, even though I requested that part of the route. I realize there are no seats reserved on Oxford to Didcot, but I don't actually have a physical ticket for this portion of the trip. Do I need to go back into the website and order a paper ticket for that trip? No online tickets were available of any of these trips. I would appreciate someone who is familiar with this company and route giving me some guidance. Thanks!

The overwhelming majority of trains between Oxford and Didcot Parkway are GWR local type shuttle trains with only standard class seats that are not reservable (some may have a small first class area at one end). The through train ticket for Manchester to Bath will be sufficient. This train will arrive at Didcot at platform 4 or 5 and you will need to change to platform 1 for the onward GWR train to Bath. There is no lift to platform 1 but there is an inclined slope if you can't manage the stairs.
