Train from London to Wales

Can someone help me with this - I'm not sure I'm viewing it correctly. I want to get a feel for schedules and costs for a train from London to Machynlleth Wales. It wouldn't be until next June (and I know the schedules don't go that far out) but how expensive is it to take a trip like that when I assume June is in peak season. My husband and I were supposed to make that trip from Bridgnorth a couple weeks ago, but he got sick. Next June we will probably be taking our grandson and thought of this as a possibility, but it might cost too much? Thanks.

Prices are not seasonal, but the allotted number of cheap seats can sell out faster on popular dates and routes.
