Train from Central London to Four Seasons Hampshire

What is the best form of train transportation to Hampshire from Central London. We will be traveling to Southhampton for a Cruise but are staying in the Hampshires Four Seasons for one night. Thank you very much.

Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire is barely half way to Southampton and in the middle of nowhere, but I guess you must have a good reason to want to stay there.

The hotel itself recommends train to Fleet (from Waterloo) and then a ten minute drive, presumably by taxi or private hire car as there are 2 companies operating in the neighbourhood of the station. Might be wise to pre-book with one of these.

The hotel is actually at the village of Dogmersfield, in Hampshire. Quite a distance from there to your cruise ship in .Southampton, but no doubt your hotel can advise you how to do that. The hotel looks very grand.

To add to what Marco and the others said, Hampshire is a county. This hotel is in a rural location (i.e. no public transport) near the village of Dogmersfield, Hampshire. It is half way between London and Southampton. Southampton is also in Hampshire, but Hampshire is a big county.
According to the hotel website (which I am sure you checked):

Directions from Fleet Station
Travel time 15 minutes
Instructions
Fleet Station is the most accessible station to the Hotel. Three trains run per hour in both directions between London Waterloo Station and Fleet Station. The journey takes about 45 minutes direct.
Taxis are readily available from Fleet Station. However, we would be delighted to pre-arrange a taxi for you should you require one.

It looks very posh, I hope you enjoy it.
