When I went to make train reservations for travel from Cardiff to Paddington station, I got a message that the Bakerloo Line is closed from early April until August. We are staying within walking distance to Paddington in mid-June. Does this mean that the train does not go to Paddington station during this period or just that the Bakerloo tube line is not running?

just to clarify - the Bakerloo line is open - it just doesn't stop at Paddington until middle of August
