Tower of London Late Admission Times

I see that the Tower of London closes in August 2025 at 5:30pm, and the last admission time is 3:30pm. If we are touring the property, do they actually have everyone out at 5:30, or is there leeway in this?

It is such a big site that they start closing up areas before 5.30 shooing people out from them. There's no leeway (unless youy want to be locked in for the night!)
