Tower of London

I am going to buy the annual pass that includes Hampton Court and Tower of London. It is my understanding, that I just "show up" and get admitted. I plan to arrive at opening, do the Crown Jewels and circle back for the Beefeater tour. Do I need to sign up for the tour in advance or when I arrive? I would like the first tour. Thanks!

In the past, (most recent tower visit a year ago), one gathered for the Beefeater’s tour shortly past the entrance at designated times. There really weren’t sign ups.

I was at the Tower of London two weeks ago. You just gather at the meeting point. There are no reservations for the tours.

it is all free flow, do each bit as you go.

Good idea for the first Crown Jewels.

Make sure not to miss the Remembrance Day Poppies.

Say hi to the ravens. Don't leave food where they can reach.

We had the HRP membership you are going to buy, and we just showed up and got in line.

And I agree that there is no need to sign up for the Beefeater Tour. They will tell you where the meeting spot is, and you just go there and wait for the guide.
