Looking for a low exertion less strenuous tour for senior citizens .
of London . We are staying in St James park area and have been to London twice previously. Interested in “back door” London.

The London Walks tour we did wasn't very strenuous.

Definitely try London Walks. I was in London this past week and took 2 tours, Kensington and Little Venice. The guides will take you to parts of London that you’d likely miss otherwise. Not at all strenuous and there were a number of seniors on the walks. You will also get a discount if you’re a senior.

Last one was Inns of the Royal Court. Did not find it strenuous.
