We are booked for the Best of London tour starting 10-21. Shouldn't we be getting some sort of information packet by now? I thought we were supposed to get that six weeks or so prior to the start. still nothing.
When usually do these go out?

When you called the Rick Steves Europe tour office with your question, what did they say?
Here is info on how to contact those who can answer your question
They no longer get mailed. Have you checked your tour account?
It's usually there 1 month before.
It is emailed now. Check your email folders to make sure it didn't end up in junk or spam.
It will be in your tour account before you get an email telling you it is in your tour account.
and you will have to order your guidebook and accessory package. All info in the email.
and they won't do anything until you've signed the release statement that is waiting for you there.
The OP is traveling in a month, so has gotten the preliminary sign-up packet, and is looking for the final tour info.
They go out by email and per a call to them it will be in my account tomorrow.
No I did not call them util this evening.I thought if this was a normal thing someone could just tell me so I wouldn't be bothering their staff.
You are a client; the staff is happy to answer questions you have. Glad you called them yesterday. Have a wonderful trip!
Do print out your list of participants and take it with you. It will help you learn everyone's name!
While I've not done the London tour, I've done Best of England and Villages of Southern England. Both of those guides cover the London tour as well so I know whoever you get will be very high quality!
