Tottenham Hotspur Ticket Purchases from the US - Credit Card Issue

Hi! I'm trying to use my credit card to purchase Tottenham Hotspur tickets and it does not seem to accept US Billing Address information? I keep on getting an error message that I need to check the information for accuracy. I was able to use the credit card to purchase Tottenham Hotspur Memberships, but now it's having issues. There is no info about this in the help section of their website either. Any information would be greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance!

I would notify your CC company you are making that purchase as they may be blocking it as potentially fraudulent. I am an Arsenal fan (lol) and bought tickets for a match in April 2023 and don't remember having any issues with my CC being blocked, but it may have been because I was making a lot of London purchases so it didn't seem odd?

Anyway, definitely call your CC company first. If not, maybe it is something glitchy with their site for the moment? I find it hard to believe that US fans never purchase tickets through them so it could have been a weird bug for the time. Good luck though in getting tickets. Not for the season though, lol! (I hope you know I see this in good fun!)

Thank you! Yes, have notified my credit card company and they indicated the issue was from the vendor.

Hi, I'm unfortunately having the same issue. I've tried two credit cards, including the one used to purchase my Hotspur Membership, and get an error message to check that all account information is complete. It's frustrating. Were you able to find a way to resolve it?

have you tried calling (UK business hours) the Spurs helpline?

Tried again this morning with a work around I got from a Gunner's thread (lol) and was successful. I did not use my saved payment info or auto-fill my address. I manually entered my credit card (did not check save payment for later) and address info for the tickets. Also, since this goes through Ticketmaster, clear browser data, make certain you allow cookies, and don't sign into your account from multiple devices. Hope this helps!

I have found auto-fill to be the culprit just about every time. Technology is your friend, until it isn't.
