Hello, does anyone know if the tootbus in London accepts the discount offered in the 2020 version of the Rick Steve’s guide? They have changed their name from the original.
Thank you!

OK, I pass. Decades of living near London, and pretty handy on the public transport options, and I have never in all my puff ever heard of a toot bus.
What are you talking about?
According to the internet, Tootbus is the new name for the Original Bus Tour.
I guess Spencer put that in his post, but because he used a lower case o for original it just looks like he’s saying they changed their name from their original name, rather than from The Original!
Sometimes grammar does matter! ;-)
ah. Ta.
Then, not knowing the answer to the actual question, I will roll out the standard advice to reconsider a HoHo type bus which will spend the vast proportion of the slow trip around Central London stuck in traffic. And because they are not LT buses they also can't use the bus lanes which might help a little.

Not on this forum.....cringe time...."I am wanting to go".......ahhhhhh..
I concur wth Nigel. The tours are good if you want a general overview of the city but using them to get from place to place will waste a lot of time.
In regards to the discount, why not contact them and ask. That gives you the definitive answer.
You need to contact Toot for a definitive answer. The cynic in me thinks that they have changed their name and possibly restructured so that they don’t have to honour credit notes. They aren’t a great way to get around. Taking a regular bus that can use bus lanes is a far better way to see the sights.
