To Bletchley from Cambridge?

I visited Bletchley several years ago and absolutely loved it.

I will be in Cambridge, and would love to visit again . I didn't see a train or bus that went there, but wasn't sure I was looking properly. Is it possible to get there from Cambridge as a day trip?

By train, you have to go into London, cross town then take another train out to Bletchley - 2.5 hours each way.

National Express coaches can get you from Cambridge to Milton Keynes in just under 3 hours, then you would need to catch a train or bus to Bletchley. Your door to door time would be about 4 hours each way.

You could drive it in about 1.5 hours.
