Landing early on a Sunday morning, approximately how much time is needed to clear customs/immigration at Heathrow and then to get to Euston Train station? TIA

It varies, a lot, depending on how many planes arrive at the same time. Keep in mind that flights are sometimes delayed, too.

The general advice would be to leave 4 hours between your plane landing and a train departure. Most times it will be less than that though. If you’re prepared to pay for a flexible ticket that can be a lot less of course.

We have had it take as along as an hour from “touchdown” to door-opening on the plane. This could be due to a long taxi, no gate available, or failure of the Skybridge to connect. If you are in the back of the plane it could be another 15 minutes before you exit the plane. So 4 hours is a fair estimate to get to the Euston station.
