Ticket tips for Queen Elizabeth II clothing exhibition?

I am having the same problem. I think we may just be out of luck. I have checked several times.

Unfortunately, I don't have any tips, but I hope you can get tickets because the exhibition is absolutely fantastic.

Thanks for asking. No luck yet. I check the website every day in hopes that something will turn up. I have two+ months to go until I'm in London. I was supposed to be in London this past spring but had to cancel. However, before canceling, when I first looked for a QE exhibition ticket, the days I wanted were sold out. But then closer to my departure date, I checked again, et voila! So that's my plan this time. (I resold that ticket via Twickets.)

I don't know whether Tiquets is worth checking, but I used them successfully to get a short-notice ticket in Paris this summer. I understand London is one of the destinations where they have bookings.

I got my ticket the day before I went. (It was for Sainte-Chapelle and the Concergierie, which I didn't expect to be sold out, but they were.) The entry checkpoint needed to see the QR code of my online Tiquets ticket, not just the online purchase receipt; both of these were on my phone.

SUCCESS! I have a ticket! I've been checking the Royal Collection Trust website every day, and this morning (Sept. 10) there are tickets available for the dates of my visit--dates that previously showed as "Sold Out."

Your persistence paid off! I know you will enjoy this exhibit. My ticket is for a date in April, 2027. I was lucky to get this because a friend told me the exhibit had been extended until April 18, 2027. I’m looking forward to it.

Fyi, there’s a special exhibition of the Queen’s apartments at Holyroodhouse Palace in Edinburgh, a friend saw it while we were there in August. She said it was neat and she spent all the time there she wanted.

Congrats on getting a ticket!! I saw the exhibit in April and it was amazing. Seeing her wedding dress and coronation dress up close were so cool. The audio guide is lovely so definitely don't skip getting that.

Thanks to a message from A Mac I also scored tickets to the exhibit in November! LOVE this forum and the help from other posters! There are many days that are available. It was basically sold out until next year. I'm glad they released more tickets.

I apologize if this is not allowed. It appears my daughter will not be coming with me to London and Paris. However, I bought us the set of tickets that starts with the King's Gallery, goes on to the Royal Mews, and finishes inside Buckingham Palace. I am waiting for her to give me the confirmation whether she is coming on the trip or not.

If she does not come then I will have the set of three tickets for Monday, September 21st beginning at 9:45 that will otherwise go to waste.

After cancelling a trip to London earlier this year, I had a good experience re-selling tickets I had already bought (to the Queen Elizabeth clothing exhibition, to a play) via Twickets. No scalping, just resale for face value or less. Potential buyers offer bids for sellers to accept or reject. It was easy to set up my account. I didn't get full price for either ticket, but I didn't expect to; at least I got some money back. And someone got to enjoy the exhibition and the play.
