It would make a great redevelopment site!
Most U.K. theatres are saying they may not survive. Personally, having had Shakespeare rammed down my throat at school, I would avoid anything Shakespearean and am more concerned about regional theatres surviving than The Globe. No doubt there will be fund raising to save The Globe, but some of the publicity maybe the begging bowl out for government finance.
