The Cotswolds in June

Hi, My husband and I are planning on a trip to the Cotswolds in June. We would like to stay at a B&B or a hotel with a garden area. We are looking at Chipping Campdon or Stow-on-the Wold. Any suggestions on places in those two towns? Thank you for your help!

Hi Toby - do you want a garden to sit and drink a glass of wine, so perhaps a terrace would do, or do you want a flower garden to admire the colours and flowers?

If you are in Chipping Campden you will literally on the doorstep of two world-class leading gardens, Hidcote Manor Gardens and Kiftsgate Court Gardens, if incredible roomed gardens is what you want.

As far as staying at places I can't help with hotels or other as I am a local and have no need to stay overnight.

Have you looked at Broadway?

Yes, I have looked at Broadway. I am so looking forward to enjoying both flower gardens and wine on a terrace. I have dreamed of visiting the Cotswolds for a long time. Thank you!

Some main roads pass through Stow-on-the-Wold although the main square is off these. Also consider whether you have a car or are using public transport. If I were you, I would go on Google maps and zoom down on places you are considering and also check them out on street view. If using a car, make sure accommodation has parking as street parking is usually time limited to maybe an hour or 2.
