Are this informations I did read are right?
Air Canada lounge in Heathrow T2 closes for refurbishment until 12/13/2024 and Lufthansa Lounge as well until 01 or o2/2025?
Singapur Airlines does not let in passengers from other airlines because of overcrowding? Is that the truth? Where to visit a Business Lounge, then?

If you go to the Air Canada website, it says you can use the Singapore Lounge or the United Lounge:
It basically says this:
Our Maple Leaf Lounge is currently closed for renovations as we work to enhance your future lounge experience.
In the meantime, Super Elite, Elite 75K, Elite 50K, Star Alliance Gold, and Air Canada Business Class passengers are invited to use the Singapore Airlines Lounge located near gate B36, or the United Airlines Lounge across from gate B46.

Can I change business lounges? Or do I have to choose a specific alternative?
I think I can also go to the Air Lingus Lounge while the renovations continue.

If you are eligible to enter the United and Aer Lingus lounges you will be able to go to both, if you have enough time to justify doing that.
