Looking for suggestions for afternoon tea with 7 and 9 year old boys. Just want them to see what it is like.
Paula - Charlie and the Chocolate Factory Afternoon Tea is a good option to take the boys to experience tea time and it's reasonably priced. For a little bit more pricier tea time experience with a wonderful setting, you can go to the The Rubens at the Palace.

Hi Paula, My 12 yr old son and I visited London this past August and tea was a must for me! To make it fun for him, we went on a House of Parliament guided tour followed by tea in a room that overlooked the Thames. I believe you can only book tea in combination with the tour. And of course, your boys have to have a interest in Parliament! My son loves politics and found it all quite fun. It wasn't cheap, but I felt the experience well worth it. https://www.parliament.uk/afternoon-tea
We had tea at the Ham Yard Hotel last summer and loved it. Ham Yard is a great hotel in Soho, and it wasn’t overly formal. I thought this article might help

Afternoon tea can be extremely expensive, so if you're not made of money, you should check the cost on the restaurant's website before making a final decision. For a lot of afternon teas, reservations are advisable.
