Can anyone recommend a reliable taxi/chauffeur service from London, Park Lane to Heathrow?

Isn't the Park Lane a luxury hotel that does this all the time for guests?

Thank you Margaret. The Black Cab seems to be the best and most reliable option. I was looking to book a car in advance but I've had experiences where as the ride never showed and we had to scramble.

If you’re at one of the hotels on Park Lane, they will definitely have doormen who will hail a taxi for you (and there will probably be several queued up anyway). But if for some reason that isn’t the case, you can use the app Gett to order a black cab. You should be able to pre-book or just order for asap arrival. I usually do the latter, just order at the time I need it, because like you, I’ve had bad experiences (not in London) with ordering cabs in advance and them not showing up.
