I know there are very knowledgeable people on here when it comes to train tickets.
I’ve bought a super off peak open return Bristol to London for travel on Monday. I’ll be returning on Tuesday. Are there restrictions on which return train I can take? I usually travel at weekends which are all super off peak and didn’t consider that I may have the chosen the wrong ticket here.

On the return leg it can be used on any train scheduled to leave Paddington between 1028 and 1500, and after 1902

I guess it will be after 7 which is a bit later than I would have liked but we’ll be fine.
For future reference all tickets should have the associated restriction code on them. For this ticket it is XC. You can place the restriction code after https://www.nationalrail.co.uk/ticket-types/validity/ to get the actual terms, ie https://www.nationalrail.co.uk/ticket-types/validity/xc/ in this case.
