Can you still see Stonehenge from A303? I read that you can "climb Amesbury Hill" and have a nice view of Stonehenge. Where is Amesbury Hill? Thanks! Melany

Yes you can see Stonehenge from A303 but you can't pull over on the road. As far as viewing from afar or as you say Amesbury Hill, that's about a mile and a half up the A303. Don't know if its well marked.
