Still Stuck on Transportation with only 2 weeks left

Fellow Travellers,

For my upcoming trip with 13 year old daughter, I am taking at least two trains: Watford Junction to the bus to Harry Potter; and Moreton in Marsh, Cotswold Tour. So now the questions is, which is the best purchase option? I see on the National Rail site, I can target those journeys round trip and pre-purchase the tickets, but is that the best option? I did purchase a hop-on-hop-off bus ticket for us which I think will be super fun for a 13 year old. Please advise. I am driving myself crazy.

The train to Watford Junction is a local commuter train and the fare will be the same, whether you buy it today or next week. Just buy the tickets on the day.

Someone else may have info on the Costwolds tickets.

Euston to Watford Junction - either buy on the day or beforehand it doesn't matter, price is the same

Paddington to Moreton - the only tickets that offer savings if bought beforehand are called Advance tickets. Though chances are you'll just need Super Off Peak or Off Peak returns, which you can buy on the day. Have a look on the GWR website to decide what ticket type best suits your needs
