St Paul's Cathedral - ticket type to climb the stairs?

Hi everyone - grateful for this hive mind! Heading to London in a couple weeks from Brussels and I'd really like to climb the stairs of St. Paul's Cathedral (saw this video and I'm a Harry Potter nerd https://www.tiktok.com/@visitlondon/video/7290964400742092065)

Is this included in the general admission ticket or do I need to get a triforium tour ticket as well? Thanks!
