Hi,
Can anyone recommend a bank run ATM that gives out euros at St Pancras International station and where it is located? The posts I've seen on this topic are a year old or more.
Many thanks!

How about this reply from less than 20 days ago?
On this map, the red spots.
and I've just spoken to Raphael's Bank head office and the ATM at St Pancras is still there, and at least the one down by East Midlands Trains escalator is still dual currency.
Thank YOU so much! I looked on the Raphael's website earlier as recommended in the other posting and did not find anything with my search for St. Pancras. I did see there were ATMs at the station, but I couldn't tell if they were "bank run" as Rick Steves recommends or not.
Again, thank you for your efforts to help! They are appreciated.
yes, they are the first to admit that the atm search tool is not perfect. Apparently an update is in the offing.
We always take a little cash we order from our bank. We got both British Pounds and Euros. That way, I don't have to search out an ATM first thing. I had to make one withdrawal in France and none in England. I brought a little money home, but all that means is I have a motivation to plan the next trip so I can spend it!
Please note: The ATMs dispensing other than GBP currency in the UK run by Raphael's Bank use Dynamic Currency Conversion that cannot be skipped. They offer Euros and US Dollars at several of their ATMs, but at an exchange rate they choose.
What this means is you will be charged a bad rate for the Euros you get at St Pancras station even though Raphael's states there is no fee for the transactions. Will the rate be worse than an exchange booth? Don't know until you try. It would make more economic sense to wait until you are at the end of your trip and get your Euros in Europe.
Sigh. I don't mind paying a little more for convenience, but if it is truly a bad rate, I may wait until we are in Paris. We just will be arriving late there and I've read Gare Du Nord isn't the safest place to withdraw funds. We are doing laundry at 7 am the next day so I was hoping to be prepared with euros ahead of time.
Thanks all!
IF it's only a small amount, the upcharge on the rate probably won't make a huge difference and would be better than getting up extra early to find an ATM.
There are banks with ATMs immediately across (south) from Gare du Nord which will give you normal interbank exchange rates with no fees.
Thanks! Good to know.
I thought this question sounded familiar. I didn't realise until you said it was laundry that we had answered all this a week or so ago, twice.
I didn't realise in my first answer this morning that you were the same person.

You may find more answers, but I think they are the same, on your other similar questions.
I think you will be fine getting your laundry done.
You may be worrying about something that won't really be a problem.
Hi,
I would like cash for a number of things we will be doing our first morning in Paris. Laundry was listed as an example. I do hope there is a central payment machine, but in case not, want to be prepared. It works best in our schedule to get the money in London so that is why I posted in this forum.
I probably am worrying too much! I tend to over plan. I have appreciated everyone's feedback and don't mean to appear as not listening.
