We have 2 phones with SIM cards /Spain and Belgium. Will they work in England, after I've topped them off? And ill have no additional charges? It's an Orange SIM card and their communication is awful. Thank you.

The phones and SIMs will work but regarding charges you need to check with the Belgian and Spanish providers; only they know what they will charge

Don't. Get a new one from the UK - an Orange shop if possible, or Vodafone. Changing countries on the same card is virtually impossible and you end up wasting a lot of valuable travel time. I have tried.
