There is no bus from Southampton. There is a bus from Salisbury, which is the nearest town, 14 Km from Stonehenge. It runs once an hour, details here: http://www.thestonehengetour.info/timetable
You would need to first get a train from Southampton to Salisbury.

You take a train from Southampton to Salisbury. Then take the shuttle bus to Stonehenge. On returning to Salisbury, go and see the wonderful medieval cathedral. Purchase a return (pay on the day) ticket SOU > SAL. www.nationalrail.co.uk
