4 of us are arriving to Southhampton (via cruise ship) in late March and want to travel to Salisbury and then beyond to Cornwall ending up in the Cotswolds.
Questions we have:
Is it easy to rent a car at the cruise terminal? Agencies? crowds doing the same thing?
Should we travel from cruise terminal to Salisbury via train and rent car there?
Since we renting from one place and dropping in another, what car rental companies are best?
