Has anyone stayed in the Sloane Club Apartments? Considering them for possible week long stay in February.
Thanks!

We stayed there in March, it is in a great location near lots of fun/expensive shops and diverse restaurants and a transit station. But, I would say it depends on what you are looking for. This is a very quiet neighborhood feeling--in a good way, it literally feels like you are staying in your own apartment. But, if mobility is an issue, just know that our room was three levels, which we have encountered before when renting apartments in London and we find quite charming for a short-term stay. The main level was the bed and small sitting area, then you go down some (like a half-flight) steep narrow stairs to a bathroom to the left and laundry to the right. Upstairs (steep, narrow half-flight) was a tiny but well-stocked kitchen. Our room was beautifully decorated and very clean, with well-maintained finishes. We ended up with a studio because we were booking last minute (other styles of rooms might not have had the interior staircases). If you are looking for a unique and very traditional, neo-Victorian, English vibe, but are not interested in a traditional hotel or a too-personal B&B experience, I think this is a memorable place to stay.
Thank you so much, great information! We are trying to decide between two London Perfect 2 bedroom apartment rentals (one in S. Kensington or one in Belgravia near Victoria) or Sloane Club. No mobility issues but we'll have a 12 yr old with us which is one reason we're looking for the space an apt can provide.
