Please comment on a recent use of a twin room at either recomendation from Ricks tour book:
!. Seven Dails Hotel, London, which is close to the tube at Leicester Square or covent Garden.
2. Luna simone Hotel, Victora Station Pimilico.
We are planning a week in London after Rick's Heart of France tour.
Previous London visits stayed at Lime Tree, & two others former rentals not not available.
I stayed at Luna Simone 4 years ago or so and found it very convenient to bus routes and Victoria. I liked it a lot!
We stayed five nights at the Luna Simone last Sept. Found the location to be very convenient for walking to places (Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey) and convenient for using the tube, trains, and public bus. We had a room on the top floor (84 steps to the room) and it had two comfortable beds in it. Room was small, but totally fine and the shower was very nice. Nice twin brothers run the place and they served breakfast (which was included during our stay) every morning. I would definitely stay there again.
Presently staying in Luna Simone, highly recommend it. Triple Room #1 downstairs,
Transport wise # 24 bus right outside the door. This takes you either to Victoria Street Station for
underground, or takes you into Trafalgar Square. regards
We have stayed at the Luna Simone several times including two nights each this last March and April (book ending a RS Rome tour). Love it.
