There has been a change this year to the live guides on the Settle Carlisle rail line, due to low volunteer availability.
Only the following trains are scheduled to have live guides-
Tuesday and Thursday 1058 Carlisle to Settle
Tuesday 1420 Settle to Carlisle
Wednesday 1151 Settle to Carlisle
However a guide book can be purchased from the refreshment trolley on trains booked to have a trolley.
On Monday to Saturday, they are the 0837 SO, 0908 SX, 1012 SO, 1141 and 1414 Appleby to Settle; 1022, 1151 (SO), 1420 and 1621 Settle to Appleby.
