I wanted to do a Beatles tour while in London. None of the dates and times work. Does anyone know any self directed tours for abbey road etc. and perhaps other tours.

We did the London Walks Beatles tour a number of years ago. It was the only disappointing LW tour we ever took. The main reason being that there aren't really many places connected with them in London.
