A few years ago we rode to Edinburgh on the train from Nottingham, and I remember seeing a very picturesque little town that I wanted to visit. It was definitely after York, more on the coast than inland. Anyone have any ideas of what area I am thinking of? We have been to Northumberland, so I am thinking it is south of Alnwick. Anyone?
