Can anyone confirm that Railway Tavern at Salisbury will store luggage and what the fee is? I can only find a phone # and from the US, it's a pricey call for me. thanks, Elaine

I'm sorry I can't tell you whether it will store luggage, but I'll tell you when we went to Salisbury two years ago, we went to that pub hoping for a pint and pie before our train back to London. The place looked quite dodgy, nearly empty at supper time, with a few rough looking characters shooting billiards. We decided to walk the additional mile down into town and back and had a lovely supper at the Kings' Head.
